Volt closed, an independant music store in my town that i've been shopping at since... feck, as long as i've loved music. It was the ultimate resource for a kid who loves angry music, indy music, underground hip hop, vinyl, or anything real. Back before it was trendy to like metalcore/hardcore, I could stop in and pick up PTW's Opposite Of December, old Botch, Bane....best.store.ever.
also, if you couldnt wait to get your hands on that hott new album coming out Tuesday, Gene would hook it up the Thursday before... thats whats up.
