I'm trying to change my diet to healthier food. Not exclusively vegetarian but less of the crap I usually eat. Fewer pizzas (I may go into withdrawal) and more salads. I've tried veggie bologna and hot dogs and they're pretty damn good. It's amazing what they can do with the soy bean. Maybe our next president can be made out of soy beans. Our current one is more or less an eggplant.
Soda is the big challenge. I drink so much but it's just useless calories. I tried Coke zero. Zero fat, zero carbs, zero calories, and oh by the way zero taste. It's drinkable if you don't mind its petrochemical quality.
This is going to require more exploration. I quit eating fast food years ago. Even before seeing Super Size Me it was obvious that eating a McDonalds hamburger was like eating death.
This is all in conjunction with more exercise. I need to get a steady regime going. It's pretty fucking hard to wake up at 5am and make yourself lift weights and walk a treadmill. That pillow is far more desirable.
