Well, back to the blog. I am trying to get back to my healthy ways in with that my blog.
I am back to cereal for breakfast and an wheat bread sandwich for lunch. with that I have little appetite for dinner. With an apple, nuts, and a banana during the day, too, I am still not at 3/4 of a recommended fiber diet!
Now I have to get back to the gym and start my swimming regimen.
