for windows xp

click the start button
click Run
type "sndvol32"
hit enter
click options
click properties
check the "recording" box
make sure the "stereo mixer" box is checked
click ok
check the select box under stereo mixer
turn stereo mixer volume down real low
exit out.

now everything you listen to on the computer can be broadcasted just like through the microphone only now no one hears you cough and type.
