well, there is not much to write about. I have the day off today, which I guess is good. I should probably go out in a minute and start looking around for a car to buy as I am supposed to be moving by the end of this month and I really can't trust my van. Oh, and speaking of moving, my friend that I was going to move in with called yesterday and said that he had found a place but that there was only one bedroom available and he's probably moving in. So I'm stuck and I have little time to find a place and no car with which to find it.
I don't want to go back to living with my parents again, even if it's just for a couple of weeks. blah.
It's going to be an interesting month.
Other than that, I've gone running a couple of times this week. It's really great. I need to try to run every night, if I can. I feel like I'm actually accomplishing something, and I like that feeling a lot. Like when I cleaned my room the other night, it was a huge accomplishment. I also like it because it keeps my anger in check. At work, I generally get really mad over nothing and kick trash cans (I broke my shoe the other night kicking a trash can), swear all the time at and about everything, and sometimes throw things and punch things (and this is in an open kitchen
) and running helps me burn most of that off when I get home. I don't think people realize just how angry I get at work.
Oh yeah, so a few days ago I was working and my boss told me to go out to where the waitstaff were meeting (to learn the specials and things). There was one other cook out there and we didn't know why we were there, we were just sitting there, scratching our heads. So finally, at the end of the meeting the manager said he had one more thing, and he reached down for this box on the floor, opened it, and pulled out a urine specimine cup. The faces of the people I work with were really amazing, everybody was really freaked out! Had you been there, you would probably have seen a bunch of scared people, but I saw money signs. It's the first thing I thought of, my piss for $15/cup. I made up a little sign and I had this kid advertising for me and everything. I was set to make like a hundred bucks. I was wicked excited.
And then we learned that it was a joke.
I was mad, so I went and got a specimen cup and filled it and left it on the manager's desk.

I used to get pissed at work all the time. Yelling, throwing stuff, hanging up on the cutomers. Finally got a 'talk to' and had to wait 3 more months for a raise.
If I had a car, I'd take me out too. The Jettas are calling me, I can hear it.
