i ended up going to chicago this weekend for a much needed mini-bender. friday night we went to sonotheque (which has an AMAZING sound system, not to mention the whole place is diffused) and the beer flowed like wine. there were permanent markers involved. afterwards we ended up getting in a huge brawl. there is much to be said for friends that will treat you as an equal (not as a girl) when the kid gloves come off. it was all in good fun though, and i am looking at my wounded right hand and feeling good about it. saturday was recouperation and good food and at night there were video games and more alcohol and as i fell asleep slightly blurred i reminded myself that i very very dearly love my friends.
i forgot my power adapter so i missed calls from mister seth. appy-polly-loggies.
mister pittens went to the vet this morning. he is most likely going under the knife right now. it was hard to leave him and i hope he doesn't hate me for taking away his testicles. i gave him a bath last night. he smells good.

Where Lavern & Shirley came from!!! Just a short jaunt from Chicago!!!?! ...the city I live in is relatively large (by our standards) but it is cheaper to fly to Indonesia than it is to fly to the next major city. Incest is also a popular pastime.
Gawd, I no complain!!! The weather over here would give Miami a run for it's money. Even though I mostly stay indoors... and only go out at night!
