Months and months ago I was really looking forward to seeing H.G Wells "War of the Worlds", directed by Steven Speilberg. Notice how I described it? No mention of that freaky oddball whom I thought was semi normal dating back to his "Top Gun" days.
I refuse to now go see this movie as I dont want one cent of my $8.75 to go towards Tom Cruise. I will never watch this movie, even 10 years from now, but will gladly re-read the book first published more than 100 years ago, listen to Orson Wells Mercury Theater radio broadcast from 1938, or watch the old black and white verison, but this is one current production remake I will never ever see, even though it was directed by one of the top guys in Hollywood, Steven Speilberg
Somehow , I will picture Tom Cruise jumping on Oprah's couch and wont get into such a great movie. Yep, so Mr. Cruise, good job of being a diplomat in promoting your movie. asshole!!
oh and if you missed this from last journal...
Darth Cruise kills Oprah
