Time for an update...

I spent last weekend at Lake Tahoe with the girlfriend.


Everything was great... except for the no heat for the first day. Yeah, apparently the heater broke a couple of days before or the day we got there because according to others, it was working fine during the week. Lucky us. But we made the most of it until if got fixed.

She absolutely loved the view.


One big thing I never really paid attention to before was that all the main windows that over looked the lake have no curtains or anything to cover them... upstairs in the family room, the hot tub room, and THE BED ROOM. Yeah, if anyone was walking by, they had a chance at getting quite a show.

Needless to say, she wants to go back again sometime.

She also got to meet the parents and one of my brothers and they all seemed to like each other.

Now I'm back at work and am extremely tired... not only because of the weekend but because I began my new work schedule of 6am-3pm. This is going to be tough... but tomorrow night will be the big test because I have to work a hockey game and don't get home until 11pm at the earliest.

I wish I was still in Tahoe.
