So here's what happened this weekend...
The team won again on Friday night... it took going to overtime due to crappy goaltending on our part, but a win is a win.
Afterwards it was off to Underground.
Well, I can't believe I'm saying this... Underground sucked... oh wait, that wasn't Underground. The combined the club for one night with another club that I hate. I have no idea why they decided to combine the two. Now I knew they were doing this, but I thought they would at least divide the music sets up between the two styles... nope, the other club totally took over. Oh wait, it gets better... so 31 year old called me up earlier asking if I was going and if she could get a ride with me. Well, I was at the hockey game and not anywhere near Long Beach, but I offered to drive back after the game to get her. She ended up catching a ride with my buddy Drew who introduced us. But she wanted to come and dance to Underground's music... well, that's not what we got. We spend a bit of time talking but after a while she got frustrated with the lack of good music and decided to leave early.
I even ended up leaving a bit early that night as well. It was just a bad night at the club all round. She sent me a message saying that maybe we could try again another night afterwards. Seriously, this girl has a boyfriend... I'm sure she just likes hanging out with me for fun, but it's still pretty frustrating because she's so flirty as well. Why can't my life be easy. 
After I got back from the club I went online and hung out in chat making a couple of new friends. Ended up staying up until 5:30am.
Yeah, slept most of Saturday as a result.
Sunday, I did some much needed cleaning on my computer. I managed to clean up about 12 gig of space... go me.
Today, I woke up with a bit of a sore throat and it's slowly getting worse as the day goes on. I really need to work hard to fight this off since I'm going back up to San Jose for the weekend for a wedding. I really don't want to be sick for this. So it's extra rest for me this week to see if it helps.
