Ok, the hand... or fingers as it more relates to... are working much better today. Thanks for everyone's warm wishes. 
It looks like it was just one of those days where the old unjuries act up. You know something, if I knew what would happen to me back when I had all of my different injuries how I'd end up, I'd probably still do everything exactly they same way. All of my injured body parts came from doing something fun and I knew the risks, so even though I'm still paying for it (and probably will always pay for it) at least I enjoyed myself.
