Ok, so bit by bit things were happening on Friday that kept me thinking that my night at Underground was totally gonna suck... I was SO wrong. So yeah, NONE of the regulars showed up... probably in part to the show that was going on. They even sold tickets to this show, but due to my connections I was put on the guest list. Just in case you're wondering, the headlining band was Xui Xui. I wasn't overly impressed. So I spend the entire night out on the smoking patio with my promotor and DJ friends. It was like we were having our own private party... sitting around the DJ booth playing what we wanted to hear, drinking... lots, and just having an overall good time.

Saturday at the playoff party was so worth it. It's this time of year I always look forward to. So much trash talking and watching some good hockey games. I can't wait until the next.

Today, I've pretty much been a hermit. Probably not such a good idea since it's REALLY warm today and my apartment is trapping heat like nobody's business. I think I'm melting.
