Went to a bar again tonight. I'm starting to notice a theme here. I think my town's social scene takes place entirely in bars. There are so many bars in Baltimore that it's not possible to obtain a new liquor license. If you want to open a new bar you have to wait for someone to go out of business and buy their license to operate. It makes for lots of drunks and high car insurance premiums...
