An update! Let's do this.
This weekend was Clairefest, meaning my 24th birthday. The parents came down from northern California, met the boy, caught up. I invited them to the birthday bbq at my place where they got to meet some of my buddies and party it up. Did a little bit of rock band, whisky shots, a pretty nice little gathering. I bought myself a new iPhone since I was dying to get one, and I get giddy every time I use it.
Not much else to add. The cat and the boy and I have been enjoying just taking it easy and watching late night cartoons, and I'm slowly settling into the new place and getting things just the way I want it. The job is keeping me busy and stimulated.
I really can't complain!

I mean topping out a craft skill like blacksmithing, then rolling the cash into buying shops. I topped out blacksmitihg at 5 stars yesterday night, bought the bookstore across the street. At the rate it's paying back, I figure you could buy all of Albion in a few months of running around buying up property off a single maxed craft skill.

The alchemist's shop is also a good one. Buying cheaper java & XP potions FTW.
