When I try the world seems a much darker and unfriendly place. I remember sitting by my Gran reading There is a Monster at the End of this Book, just like I read it today with my daughter. I delight in a rainy afternoon, settling in on the couch to watch Fraggle Rock with my kids, and introducing my son to a New Muppet movie on a sick day totally makes cleaning up after it worth it.
So its Jim Henson Birthday today... or it would be, his 65th.
So here is one of my Favorite Henson memories....
and one of my saddest... but its still beautiful
