weirdness. i moved home last night and before the aches and strains had even faded, i woke up this morning to the sound of phones ringing. my old boss at petrocanada, where i worked two summers ago, was calling to ask if i was working anywhere this summer, as she needs someone to cover some shifts for the next few weeks.

that sure made the whole necessity of finding a summer job easier. for the next little while at least. even though petrocan is evil, and pays crap, and has managers that sexually harrass you . blah. it's something to keep me occupied for the next little while. also - this way i don't have to worry about scheduling a new job around getting canada day weekend off - as joyce loves me, for reasons i've never been able to fully acertain.

i've had this strange feeling, ever since i got back here - everything's going to be ok.

and later on: i just found a suitcase full of old cd's that i thought i'd lost!!! bjork and dance mix '96 here i come!! teh awesome!
