In other news, we found our dream home. It is right by this fantastic dog park, UCLA and major freeways. It is in a very affordable area with tons of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. From what we have gathered, the entire neighborhood is full of younger people. As many of you know, this sure beats the hell outta where we live now what with all of the mean elderly people we have to deal with on a daily basis. The condo itself has 55 units in it complete with a pool and a fitness room. It almost sounds too good to be true, doesn't it?

Here is the catch: the builder wants all of the contracts signed within two weeks. We do not think we will be anywhere close to knowing for sure whether we want to do this by that time. I guess we will have to wait and see what develops...Keep your fingers crossed for us...
