I adore the times when I can stare at a painting of my choice, for hours if I'd like, without interruption. Unfortunately for me, since the town I live in has little to no culture, it's not often I get to see a truly brilliant piece of art. I'm so jealous!!!

I definately own Les Halles cookbook.
Its very interesting, some of the dishes. But, its good though, cause you can tell the owner trusts him enough not to fuck up with it, because if you tried to sell some of those items anywhere else....pfft. no go.
