Well, I'm back in Calgary and the weather is miserable. Someone needs to tell whoever's in charge that its August, not October. My trip was fantastic though. Perfect weather all ten days and I got to see almost all of my old friends. The highlight of the trip was most definitely getting drunk with my family and shaking our booties on the dancefloor. My uncle (who never dances) was dragging us all out there, and I knocked my Dad flat on his ass while doing a dip. My family's pretty awesome.

Ohhh, and thanks to meanwhilethecat's magic touch, my camera seems to be working fine. I've also aquired two more cameras... an old Olympus 35mm (nothing fancy) and a really neat oldie called a Busch Pressman. It'll be fun to play with.

And this is the first fish I've ever caught on a fly rod. It was a little cutthroat trout and it was yummy.
