YAY! Journalentryness!
So, yesterday, I got the best fucking news ever. Okay, the second bestest ever. The best ever would be John Cusack wanting to have my babies.
I have a good friend here in C-town that owns property here, in San Diego and *drum roll* a swank-ass condo in Scottsdale overlooking the Pete Dye golf course at the Ancala Country Club. Well, I had mentioned to him a while ago, that I'd much rather pay him rent than some stranger. At that point, though, I had no idea that this was some uber-sweet 2 bedroom condo in Snobsville.
So, he calls me yesterday and asks me what I can afford. I explain to him at this moment, I really have no idea. I'm not sure where or how often I'll be working. Hell, I was just gonna room with some other students somewhere until I could figure all that out. Basically, at the end of the conversation, he has decided that I could move in there for free and then when I get a job, got settled and know how much I could afford, we'll talk about rent.
Holy F. I can't tell you how lucky I feel.
*takes a deep breath and tries to settle down*
So, last night I had a really great conversation with a very unlikely individual. I'm very intrigued...
Oh, and I hate socks.
