Dinner tonight brief summary:

asparagus flan topped with lump crab and asparagus tips tossed in a tarragon-chive lemon olive oil sauce.

fresh pasta w/ fresh fava bean, onion, escarole, and panchetta with a bit of heavy cream and pecorino romano.

freaking spring veggies are great. eat some.

did you make that? i don't know if i like asparagus enough to have it in flan, but that dinner sounds fucking fantastic, especially the pasta.

but yea, let's make some more mixes. can you do tapes? because i'm going to have to tap the vinyl collection if i want to find stuff that you don't have.
