ok, I have posted in 5 months - - what the hell?! <sigh>
I'm having the time of my life with the Macbook Pro - - it *really does* do everything I need it to - and even runs Windows like a champ! Being a Sr. Computer Specialist really gives the *need* to be well-versed in multiple OS' - and this is *exactly* what the Dr. ordered.. I hate to say that I'm a "convert", but that's as close to spot-on as you can get.
In other, MUCH more important news: The wedding plans are pretty much all set. We found an awesome officiant in Hawaii that is going to present us with a fantastic ceremony and important words of wisdom. We have the perfect location reserved - a wonderful beach with palm trees and grass right up to the sand. We want a casual, barefoot, beach wedding and this is going to be as perfect as we can get! Our excitement builds daily - and yet, Jessie and I constantly talk about going to Vegas for the weekend and getting hitched, then having the ceremony in September for the families..
I think we're both just tired of waiting. We got my ring last week and I absolutely love it! I'm wearing it right now - - - that's right, BEFORE I get married! Women wear their engagement rings before their weddings - - why not men?!?! I have *no* desire to give anyone the impression that I'm not taken, so fuck it - - I'm wearing it, with great pride.
I'm such a WoW Geek.. I've been rolling a Rogue and found that it's, by far, my favorite toon to date. Jessie and I play together quite often, she with her Shammy and I with my Rogue or Warlock - and we kick the shit out of just about anything that gets in our way.
I placed an order on Jinx for a couple of shirts for us and also ordered a Horde Hoodie - - sadly, the hoodies are "slim" fit - meaning that if you have ANY excess fat, you're going to HATE how it looks on you.. 
So it's going back today. Keeping the shirts though!
Looks like Matt got a special Japanese Edition of Grindhouse.. *6* disks of pure, orgasmic, Tarrantino/Rodriguez goodness! Jess and I are heading over there Saturday to watch it. Good times to be had for sure.
