So I've been dating someone new since the beginning of January, her name is Jessica. Sweet girl - absolutely amazing, fun, gorgeous, makes me laugh etc.. Things have gotten very serious, very fast. Then again, I've known her for 4 years - so the usual rules don't apply. :> I've pretty much been spending most every waking minute with her, hence the lack of updates. If it weren't for Matt, I would have been almost completely cut off from the going's on here.
I've spent over $2500 in gaming goodies in the past two weeks. Bought a 50" Samsung DLP HDTV - liked it so much, I bought another one for my beloved Grandparents. Crazy picture on this thing! Then, since I have the ability for full-on HD, I HAD to buy a PS3 because of the Blu Ray support and whatnot .. Then, my cousin (works at Costco) called me last weekend and told me that they had just gotten a shipment of Wii's in.. I promptly told him to "hide" one for me and raced there to buy it.. In 30 minutes time, they sold the entire pallet of 50 Wii's.. Except mine, that was residing on a shelf behind a whole bunch of dvd players. Lucky me! I have to say, if you have the money and the desire, don't hesitate to buy a Wii. They are a kick in the ass! Not to mention the fitness potential, which is rather high. My arms are pretty sore from playing so much Tennis, Baseball and Boxing. Going to try out Zelda over the weekend. I met up with the Nintendo rep while at Gamestop and she told me that it's the one must-own Wii game on the market right now. I'm trying my best not to jump in with both feet here - after all, I have a WoW addiction to attend to as well!
Work is awesome as usual - God, I'm never leaving this place.
