1) I want to start blogging regularly again. There is something about being able to talk openly about my life in an environment where no one knows me IRL.
2) This year I am working on a 50-book challenge, Halloween to Halloween. I've read three books so far, The Great God Pan (Arthur Machen), Hell House (Richard Matheson), and as of tonight, IT (Stephen King). I last read IT when I was a teenage, I think. I had forgotten how different the novel is from the 1990 made-for-tv movie (and equally different from the recent re-make). I have issues with the novel, especially about how Beverly's main function is as an object of desire, but gosh, there is some beautiful prose in the last 50 pages or so.
3) I'm getting married tomorrow. More on that later. ;)
