Fasting Blood Sugar: 134 (Normal range. Now that I am back in normal range, I am going to stop tracking the difference in my FBS from Day 0. I will note, however, whether ot not my FBS is within normal range.)

Meal 2: Baked chicken & mushroom, mashed cauliflower
Beverages/snacks: Coffee, iced tea, water; Mashed banana w/cocoa & cinnamon
Notes from Day 10
1) Cauliflower is so great. It can substitute or either rice or mashed potatoes, as needed.
2) It's nice to know that I'm a good enough cook, now, that even if I kinda fuck something up, it still comes out pretty tasty.
