Notes from Day 8
1) For the first time in I don't know how long, my blood sugar was within normal range. W00t! Let's celebrate by not eating anything sugary!
2) It will never taste as good in my mouth as it does in my head. (Said today about donuts.)
3) I find myself craving things like barbecue and burgers less now that I am eating meat all the time.
