Notes from Day 7
1) Yep, I went back to Day 3, weight-wise and Day 2, blood sugar wise, all without eating a single piece of candy. This is the result of my all-Whole30-friendly-foods binge yesterday.
2) I'm trying to use the fact that I have no appetite due to being sick to my advantage.
3) Today I went to the store to get something for my son, saw that they had chicken breasts on sale, and bought a package. If nothing else, this - at least - has changed. I bought chicken breasts instead of a cake.
