Look, let's be frank. I ate a lot of food today and most of it didn't correspond to any meals. I had a pork chop, an apple, a cup of coffee, a big thing of mixed fruit, a package of baby carrots, a lot of iced tea, ground beef w/ onions & cabbage, 4 mashed bananas with cocoa, and a couple of ribs. I probably went way overboard, but at no time did I feel overly full or nauseous. And more importantly, I didn't cheat. Day 6 was the day I went off my last Whole30 and I think - subconsciously - I wanted to go off it again. Certainly, I have concerns about whether I can afford to eat Whole30 for the rest of the month. But today, I did what I had to and kept clean.
Tomorrow is another day. Fiddle-dee-dee.
