Meal 1: Leftover ground beef and cabbage, with black olives & red wine vinegar. If I had had a potato, I could have boiled & mashed it and made a sort of cottage pie. Something for next week, maybe?
Meal 2: Chicken noodle soup, minus the noodles (at Noodles & Co)
Meal 3: Leftover ground beef over baby spinach with black olives & red wine vinegar
Beverages/Snacks: Hot tea, Iced tea, Water, Cashews, Green grapes
Notes from Day 3
1) Meals were Lunch, Dinner & Supper. I chose sleep over Breakfast. There wasn't even going to be a Meal 3, but while I was typing this up, body said "FOOD. NOW. GRRRRRR." Body also wants weird things, like cabbage and vinegar.
2) Regarding all of the picture of tasty sweets I keep seeing, I remind myself that it will never taste as good in my mouth as it does in my head. This works for most things, except maybe Paczkis.
3) Ah, crap. Day 4 is tomorrow. Lock up your bread products.
