Notes from Day 1
1) "Hangry" really is a thing, not just a saying. Putting off dinner until 8 pm is not a good strategy, no matter what the reason.
2) I made a big salad for dinner and my whole body cried "Hooray!"
3) Salt and pepper on a salad? Awesome! Who knew?
