This seems to be my week to fry bread. It's the last few days before I get paid and money is a little tight. So last night I learned how to make French toast and tonight I made grilled (toasted) peanut butter & jam. Yum! My son's mom has her own jams & preserves business, so all my preserves are from her company. I had one sandwich with strawberry jam and one with spiced peach preserves. Best stuff ever.
