fuck, I can't stop listening to this CD...
Cowboy Bebop: Knockin on Heavens Door! Soundtrack!
Fuck, usually if I listen to a CD this much, I'd get sick of it...
Hah! Not the case so far! God Damn, this is one of best CD's I've ever listened to. Nigh Perfection! I say God DAMN!
"Gotta Knock a little HArder"
"Happiness is just a word to me
And it might have meant a thing or two
If I had known the difference...
Emptiness, a lonely parody
And my life, another smoking gun
a sign of my indifference
Alwats keepin' safe inside
Where no one ever had a chance
To penetrate a break in
Let me tell you some have tried
but I would slam the door so tight
that they could never get in
Kept my cool under lock and key
And I never shed a tear,
another sign of my condition
Fear of love or bitter vanity
That kept me on the run
the main events of my confession
I kept a chain upon my door
that would shake the shame of Cain
Into a blind submission
The Burning Ghost without a name
Was still calling all the same
But I just wouldnt' listen
(chorus)
the longer I'd stall,
the Further I'd crawl.
The further I'd crawl,
the harder I'd fall
I was crawlin into the fire
The more that I saw,
the further I'd fall...
the further I'd fall,
the lower I'd crawl
I kept fallin into the fire
Ohh ohh, into the fire
Eee yeah... into the fire
Suddenly it occured to me
the reason for the run and hide
Had totalled my existance
Everything left on the other side
Could never be much worse than this
But could I go the distance
I faced the door and all my shame
Tearin off each peice of chain
Until they all were broken
But no matter how I tried
The other side was locked so tight
The door, it wouldn't open
Gave it all that I got
I started to knock
shouted for someone
to open the lock
I just gotta get through the door
And the more that I knocked,
the hotter I got.
The hotter I got,
the harder I'd knock
I just gotta break through the door
Gotta knock a little harder!
Gotta knock a little harder!
Gotta knock a little harder!
Break through the door!"
FUCKING AWESOME!
A bunch of these songs, so well fucking writteen, made and performed, God damn...
Like the perfect blues, It makes you think, it makes you feel, It makes you feel both sorrowful, and whole at the same time, complete, and feeling good.
I highly reccomend this album. Rock, Jazz, Blues, Butterflies (I love those lyrics), trippy electronica, Clock bells and windchimes, organs, a lullaby based on the number Pi...,

Asie form the great show itself ( I htink I've seen every episode and I own the first season) the music, which is performed by groups like the Seat Belts, Yoko Kanno, and others, is amazing. I love "Bad Dog" and of course the main theme, "TANK!", the full version are fucking amazing. It's jsut this jazzy, blues, old style chuck berry Rock N ROll. Awesome stuff. I have that on regular intervals on my comp.
