how things can change in a few weeks. my sister is amazing, every now and then she does something that just makes my jaw drop.
its nice to be home and see friends. and too see who really is your friend still. some people amaze me.
i've seen some great bands in the last week. this is the biggest thing i miss about having a summer off, being able to go see live music at anytime. The best is yet to come hillside festival is this weekend, just down the road from my parents place. not only do i get a place to stay but good food and great music. Metric on Friday. it cant come fast enough.

Depends on what you're looking for? Great forests and oceans? Hit BC, pairies? Alberta? Big city with lots of culture? Montreal. It's a big country, lots to see, lots to do.
