So I've decided that lieu of my every day run, I'm going to switch it up a bit.
I'm thinking about trying a 20 minute workout of alternating 2 minutes of high-paced jump rope with 1 minute of push-ups...
I'll alternate days running/jump-rope
What do you guys think? Good idea?
I read a few health tips that claim jump-rope is better cardio than running, so if that holds true, then this will be a welcome change

They do same to alternate routines so that your body does not get used to the exercises and your endurance and strengths continues to grow. Remember, what I wrote about me and jump ropes? *giggles*
