So it's a gloomy morning.... normally this is my absolute favorite weather, but today I'm just not feeling it - must be the lack of actual rain - on the bright side, though, it could be blistering hot (as the weather here often is) and more unpleasant.... I've never been a fan of excessively hot weather - especially Nevada's dry, zero humidity heat.
I was going to go for a run today, but my shins and calves are still on fire from yesterdays sprint... and for some reason, running in the cold and my lungs are not the best of friends. Shit, running and I pretty much operate on a mutual-hate relationship... but sometimes you just have to suck it up and do shit you loathe.
So in lieu of what would otherwise be a productive day, I'm going to bundle up and and enjoy having the house to myself for the first time this year - with hot coffee and video games!
What are you all up to today? Any big plans on a Saturday morning/afternoon?

well i actually like overcast b/c i live in la, and it's always sunny here. so i like the differences in weather

The hot house does not sound too comfortable, but I would be up for some good video games. My boyfriend and I both play video games. He is way more into it than I am. He is addicted to his PS3 and plays games like Infamous, Bulletstorm, and Mass Effect 2. He recently bought the new Castlevania, which I used to play back in the day on older systems. He has mixed reviews about it right now. Personally, I like to play fighting games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and the like. Here recently though, I have been playing the Nintendo DS a lot with brain teasing games. I want a Nintendo 3DS, but the battery life is not sounding all that great, so I am going to wait a little while a let it go down in price!
