Today I awoke to some stiff nips (mine!!) it was brisk this morning...got the car back from the shop. Decided to go on a coffee Tour of Seattle :Vita, Stumptown , fuel, cowgirl espresso, beehive .. The bikini baristas are fine but some actually need to understand the science of tamping the grounds and the time of the pull....yes I am a coffee snob. That's what SG should do!! Make a coffee or alcohol line!!

I used to work at Starbucks hehe and working with what they had there, I had many clients that always asked me to do their coffee regardless of the other baristas being tere, I guess I'm good at it
