hello sweety, the training can be very individual, it depends on how hard bouldering you want to do. I do yoga twice a week and calisthenics training. And then I go bouldering 3-5 times a week. But there are also people who only go bouldering from time to time, and still have fun.Fear of falling is quite normal at the beginning...but with time you get better and can estimate everything better, get used to it and get more and more confident.
