Hey Rockers.

I'm in one of those odd moods where just being spontanous and stupid is the key to unlocking happiness.

Everything is so confusing these days.

The girl, the band, the job, the home. In the midst of this madness, I've actually found time for myself. I've been exercising alot lately. Which is very odd considering who I am and my lifestyle. It's my chance to get away. Run and be at peace. Err complete exhaustion. For just a few moments a day all of those evil stupid thoughts rush out of my head. The intensity of running so hard takes over and I wish nothing but to keep pushing more. Once I'm done, I've forgotten anything that was on my mind beforehand. Amazing.

Oh my, I blabbed on about myself in such a narcassistic way. Disgusting.

It's not really that bad. You've just moved into a new place. There's that wedding coming up. Your band is busy as shit. Your job might fire you.

Damn head full of noises. Time for another run to clear those away.
