So I think I found another townhouse. I'm applying for it today. Its not the one I wanted but it's still quite nice and it have a lil backyard for my baby. I love my doggie and I'm happy to find a place with a yard for him. I am leaving now to drop off the applications!! So wish me luck and have your fingers crossed!!!
