Things are going really well out here, though it did not start off well. I have been diagnosed with a parasite called Giardia (thanks for the parting gift Ghana mad ), and it had me super sick, and weak as hell. I was just laying low, and hardly eating. Tuesday night I started on treatment, and by yesterday, I was feeling much improved....

thats quite story man. I have a friend who is living/working/teaching in an abbey in zambia, and another who just got back from doing two years in the peace corps in cameroon. they've both said similar things about the white thing, people touching you and being amazed by it.
my friend who just spent 5 months in nicaragua working at an orphanage and teaching english wants to go to africa next, i tell him he's a little crazy, but to have fun.

anyways, great to have you back man, and best of luck with the (odd, but probably better) girlfriend situation smile
