It's time for a science experiment.
Also: i have a new plan. My gym is 20 minutes from my house, making it not feasable to go there in the mornings before work. I'd have to be up at 3am. So, i figure i'll get up an hour earlier and go running, then come home and do my kungfu 150 pushups and 150 crunches. That shouldn't take me anywhere near an hour, but i'll build in some flex time at first. I'll pull this off as many mornings a week as i can stand it, and then kungfu on Tuesdays, the gym on Friday (or Monday), Saturday and Sunday in the afternoons. I should be doing pretty well with that. I need to kick my ass into gear. Bedtime is - 9pm now? I'm so old.
Well holy shit, guess what i did all day yesterday? Took braces off. Fuck me, that was nervewracking.
