Chris, youre a mans man who pays attention to the world around him and has opinions he is not afraid to share or back up. I think that is a fine example of what a man should be.
That has got to be the best compliment i've gotten in a long time
I just got back from kungfu. It feels great to be getting back into the habit. Even if it's not as often, and not quiiiiiiite as tough as it was, it's still a good workout for an old guy like me.
Speaking of which, i think i have a new gym routine that i will try out, to fit my work schedule. I'll skip Mondays, go to kungfu Tuesdays, skip Wednesdays, and hit the gym Thursday night, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And switch Friday for Monday once a month, per my schedule.
This should do me pretty well, as i have to be in bed by 10 when i have patient days in the morning. Usually i am off Fridays, so the Thursday night/weekend combo should go great. I'm going to try it out this week to start and see how i feel. Lord knows i need to get back to the gym. Perhaps i can talk to the YMCA across the street from the office into letting me use the pool twice a week during lunch? If they'll let me go on the cheap, i'll just swim for half an hour. That'd be badass.
