So...I was talking to SillyZebra this evening and I have decided that I want a half-boyfriend. I have no time for a real one. Shit, I barely have time to SLEEP as it is. My school, work and social schedule don't leave much time for a relationship.
So I think I want someone that I can hang out and go on dates with once in a while (and to give me some MUCH-NEEDED MAKING OUT AND SEXIN'
) but that I don't have to see all the time.
It's not that I wouldn't want a real boyfriend at this point. (Well, kinda-I like the freedom that being single gives me but I don't like the loneliness). But it wouldn't be fair to the other person, since I am never available. Grrr...crazy life of mine...working at the venue is great but oh so insane! My life is one long concert...! Hahahaha.
And to those I never get to hang out with- I'm sorry. My life is so insane right and it's hard to make and keep plans to do things together. I am not a flake at all, I just won't commit to plans in the first place for fear of letting people down, which I seem to be doing a lot lately.
If you are a real friend, please understand me a bit better and don't mad when I can't meet you for dinner or go to a party or something. Yes, maybe I am off of work at 6:15, but hey! I'm TIRED!! Sometimes the only thing I want to do is go to the hookah bar and eat some falafel, smoke a rose or double apple hookah and sip some mint tea, not to go to some club or something.
And also, there are certain friends of mine (Carlos, namely-but a few others in his band) that are leaving to go on tour in 2 1/2 weeks that I won't get to see until LATE DECEMBER (unless they play here- and that could mean he'd be here for only a day). I'm sorry but friends like those are a priority right now. Unfortunately, you are being relegated to second best for now and you need to deal with it for the next few weeks.
Ugh...that's what comes with liking a band boy. I have been SO SPOILED with him lately that it will come as a huge blow for him to leave for 2 months. It makes me feel like I am going to throw up. I'm just kinda living in denial right now and trying not to think about it....

But anyway, I get to get lunch with the boy and see Deftones with him later on tonight. If you're there, come and say hi and buy me a drink!! Hehehe...a vodka cranberry with lime juice will make you an instant friend.

Come see Karmahitlist next Monday at the Gig in Hollywood! The lovely Aries will be there supporting her man...go just to see her gorgeousness...and I've been told that the stunning Tegan will be there as well, so look...do you need any more of a reason to go?? Oh, and it's FREE!! Duh!! What else would you be doing on a Monday night? NOTHING, THAT'S WHAT!

i want to see that movie too. id go with you but there is that whole distance thing. and yeah english muffins are good with jam and butter. i had one today with pizza sauce and cheese on it, and i toasted it. like mini muffin pizza. it was tasty. made up for the lack of jam in this house.
