I went next door, when I lived in my apartment, and told them if they were not quiet in the morning, I would not be quite after midnight. It seemed to work well. hehe.

neighbors only do things like that as early in the morning as they can when you are hung over. they're renovating the house across the street. Sometimes I swear that the construction crew keeps track of which nights I've been at the bar.
