Option paralysis...
I always get option paralysis when I have... too many options. I just can't choose. Christmas parties, dinner parties, friends, family, events, shows, XBox... or maybe this?
Usually when I'm stuck in this mode, I do nothing. Funny though, I have had fun doing nothing a lot.
