So, I know its been quite a while since I've written, but so much has been going on. When I received my letter from University telling me that I'd been reaccepted, my life was suddenly filled with red tape. I decided to apply for Academic Amnesty, mostly because my GPA wasn't impressive enough for what I have in mind post-graduation. I had to write a letter about the circumstances leading to my latest GPA and present it with my transcript to the head of Student Affairs in my College. I just had that meeting today, and I have to say it went very well. The woman I met with today said my letter was "compelling". Now I have to meet with my advisor--whenever he calls me back--then schedule my classes. Oy. I didn't miss that part of school.
Cheers,
Chride

Congrats Chride.
Hope you've been doing well.
Three years ago I left a job I did for 10 months that I didn't like and those 10 months looked like 10 years... and I went back to school.
I ma now a teacher and I love my life and don't feel like having to go to work in the morning.
Again, CONGRATS!
