So my birthday is coming up, and I've been wondering when I'm supposed to start counting backwards. I don't feel like I'm closing in on 30, but I have a feeling that my body will start to. I've been testing myself, you see. I don't think a day has gone by this week that I haven't had an adult beverage. Granted, the last couple of days its been in moderation.

Anyway, I've asked for comic books and a T-shirt or two. I think if I keep it simple then I'll be able to forget the day will ever have happened.

By the way, how is your hand doing?

This was the first year I considered it that way too, and it made for a wonderful birthday. My husband and I went to Epcot and I got to act like a little kid, and he was simply happy that I was able to be so excited.

I hope you have a wonderful birthday smile And I wear scrubs at my job (dental assistant) so I know they're not particularly flattering--but I did have a male friend tell me that they can be alluring, because it makes the mind wonder just what IS under there? wink
