choonimal

this is whats been happening:

we convinced 2 more people that they were left out by not having a choon tattoo so they (my brother and my other roomate) both got some done...

i never in a million years would have guessed that i would be making badly drawn animals and my friends and family would be tattooing them on themselves, but now our tattoo choon gang (chang) is 9 deep and i have requests for more so we'll see how contagious they really are i guess.

this is my gecko:


i walked by him the other night and thats what he decided he wanted to be doing. his name is BrainDrill and he's a New Caledonian Crested Gecko and they don't grow their tails back when detached which sucks cause i guess some little jerk girl broke his off when he was young but he doesn't seem to mind anymore. its good science. oh and he shits on me a lot. pretty much every time i pick him up. i try and time it out to where i can see it in his eyes but he always wins.

what else. oh yea i filmed a video for Terry Adams last weekend, he's considered by some to be the #1 pro bmx flatlander in the world. he's sponsored by red bull and a slew of other brands and i used to work for red bull so my old boss had me and my buddy come film and hang out with him all weekend and needless to say hes one of the coolest guys ive ever met, i feel like i've known him my whole life. i never knew it was possible to do what he does on a bike. its unreal.

so also, last night was awesome, we had a huge benefit show for kids with aids in africa and ended up almost selling out the venue and some amazing amazing bands played and we were able to donate a lot of good money to the cause and meAt some amazing people so here's some quick pictures from the night...

and then almost immediately after that show ended we were given some VIP tickets to a lingerie fashion show downtown which ironically had some of my good girl friends modeling in it so we all went there and somehow i was grilling food at my house with my roommates and friends at 4am and woke up without a hangover.
