Huh. Well the ITC Hawaii job fell through so I guess I'm going to KCMO. Looking at places it's pretty erratic as far as prices and such and not knowing the area I really don't know what I'm getting into. I'm going there to work, I don't want to have to fight my way to my door every night; I'm just too old for that shit.

I've taken 2 weeks off to spend with the wife and kids before I go as they aren't coming with me. It's going to be hard as hell being without them especially as my wife and I have finally figured out how to get along and love each other again. Just makes it harder. Before it would have been easy to chalk it up as a much needed break. Well, I'm counting on it being worth it.
