I would be a witch 🧙♀️ I love the old widespread folk belief that redheads are witches. In the sixteenth to the eighteenth centuries, it was often thought that redheads were affiliated with the devil and satanic practices. Because of this, red hair was a marker of witchcraft and magical abilities, and during with hunts, redheads were often suspected and found guilty by witch hunters.
However, if I’m being entirely honest, I also enjoyed the even older ancient folklore that redheads become vampires when they die. I don’t think I would enjoy having to hurt anyone though, and don’t feel a Cullen-family, ‘Twilight” approach would lessen my guilt any less as I would feel badly for hurting animals. So, if I had to choose, I would be a witch (but a good witch 😂❤️)
