I'm cooking on Xmas day, and I finally got the menu together:

Roasted butternut squash dip with crackers and veggies

Beef Tenderloin
Mashed Potatoes
Bourbon & Pecan Stuffing
Balsamic Glazed Carrots
Cherry & Pineapple Salad

aaaand Eggnog Cheesecake for dessert.

All from scratch. I can't wait!
